Metagg started because we were curious just how social Social News really was. For example, if a certain link was popular on Digg, would it also be popular on Reddit? We also love reading comments, almost as much as reading the actual story and wanted an easy way to compile a list of all the discussions about the most popular sites on the internet so we could not only read an interesting article but also see what other people were saying about it.
